Who we are
First Page Fox (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a local SEO agency operating from 3rd Floor, Tower B, Sector 142, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201305, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through firstpagefox.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
We collect the following, and only the following:
- Information you give us. When you submit the audit request form: your name, business name, mobile number, email address, website URL, city, number of locations and anything you type into the message field.
- Information from direct contact. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we retain that correspondence and any details in it.
- Technical information. If analytics are enabled on this site, standard web analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring source. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you individually.
We do not collect payment card details through this website. Client billing is handled separately by bank transfer or through a payment gateway that processes card data under its own privacy terms.
Why we collect it
- To prepare and deliver the free local SEO audit you requested
- To contact you about that audit and answer your questions
- To provide services to you if you become a client
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations
- To understand how this website is used so we can improve it
We rely on your consent — given when you submit the form or contact us — as the basis for the first two, and on contractual necessity and legal obligation for the others.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data to anyone, in any circumstances.
- We do not share your details with other agencies, lead brokers or marketing lists.
- We do not add you to a newsletter because you requested an audit. Marketing email is opt-in and separate.
- We do not use your business data in case studies or marketing material without asking you first.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:
- Form processing. The audit form is handled by a third-party form service, which stores submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- Email and document storage. Business email and file storage providers.
- Analytics. If enabled, a web analytics provider receives usage data.
- Professional advisors. Our accountants and, where legally necessary, our lawyers.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual data protection commitments. We will also disclose data where we are legally required to by a court or competent authority.
How long we keep it
- Audit enquiries that do not become clients: 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
- Client records: for the duration of the engagement and 8 years afterwards, as required for tax and accounting records under Indian law.
- Analytics data: 14 months, in aggregated form.
How we protect it
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to submitted enquiries is restricted to the First Page Fox team members who need it, on accounts protected by two-factor authentication. We review access periodically and remove it when someone leaves.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. If analytics are enabled, the analytics provider may set cookies to distinguish repeat visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use this site — nothing here depends on them.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- Have your data erased, where we have no legal obligation to retain it
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to
- Complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request

Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will contact you directly rather than relying on you noticing.
